OUTFIT #21: the sweetness that I'm thinkin' of

Shirt - Primark
Trousers - Topshop (with cute little velvet hearts on them!!)
Kitty cat shoes -
This is the outfit that I wore to my WH Smiths interview the other day, I think it went really well because I got on with everyone working there and had a good laugh. Lo and behold - I GOT THE JOB! I start immediately this Saturday and I am so so looking forward to it. If any of you have experience working at Smiths, how did you find it? What are the benefits/disadvantages of working there?

I also wore this ensemble to my college enrolment today which went...pear shaped at times. It completely didn't occur to me to bring my results and some cranky office lady had a bit of a rant at me 'it was all over the sheet' (what sheet?!) 'there's always one' (why do I have to be 'the one' for everything?). But overall it went pretty well, everyone was so friendly to me and I found myself really stepping out of my comfort zone, talking to people I didn't know. I also met my drama teacher who I personally thought was pretty darn awesome and he gave me a monologue to learn and perform in front of 100 kids and their parents. Wish me luck! (I'll need it!)

AUGUST MISH-MASH - What I've been loving

I HAVE: heart flocked trousers - Topshop & Bewitch me 24 lipstick - Sephora
I WANT/NEEEEED: Pewter disco pants - Glamorous & Jeffrey Campbell Audrey 2 in red suede - Nasty Gal & Jeffrey Campbell spike lita - Soletrader & Neon bouclĂ© (!!), peplum (!!) top - Topshop, Dress - Forever 21.

Ok, where where where to start?! These heart trousers are just ahhhmazing, I saw them on Alice and went 'Yep, I'll have those', as for the Sephora lipstick, it has become my style staple recently and I've been wearing it with super bright clothing (I've become an addict!).

How amazing are these disco pant dupes? when I first got disco pants I was too scared to even wear the black ones and now I'm thinking about the silver ones, is it only me that's proud of that?! Probably. I love bouclĂ©. I love peplum. Enough said? And let's not forget the beauuutiful black and white colour block dress which I have been searching for for years. I'm not exaggerating, I've had this exact dress pictured in my mind since I was an apple in my mother's eye (just re-read this and I don't think it makes sense. ho wells). Who can guess where my next pay check's going?

AND ONTO THE SHOES!! - I bolded and underlined that just in case you couldn't understand how excited I am about these shoes: VERY! First of all, the Jeffrey Campbell Audrey 2 in red suede. Brand new. Soon to be mine. I don't care how much they cost, I won't eat, I won't go out until I can call these beauties mine. Another pair of Jeffrey Campbell's (I may be getting predictable) but these are going into my virtual basket literally tomorrow. TOMORROW! Ok, ok, calm down Millie.
Just thought I'd share with you 2 bloggers whose style I've been loving this month:
Meg - undeniably cool, I am in love
with every one of her outfits!
Charmaine - love her hair so much and she
just has the most perfect style!

OUTFIT #20: and though she be but little, she is fierce.

Jumper - Topshop
Disco Pants - AA
Shoes - Chaussea
Coat - H&M

Today marked the start of Autumn in my books, so on came my huge coat that I like to think of as an all-around pillow and my disco pants finally felt appropriate rather than like a sauna on my legs. I've been in the best mood EVER. Do you ever get that? Being really depressed and just plain miserable for so long that it turns into crazy awesome bliss. Yeah, I'm at that part right now.

Today I went shopping for the first time in a month and a half. A MONTH AND A HALF people!! For a shopping addict like me, that's unheard of, there were times during study leave when I'd go 4 times a week, so I basically went bananas today. My lovely mum bought me some cute tailored trousers that I plan on wearing to my WH Smiths interview tomorrow (Yep, that's right, my first big company interview!) and I tried on some Jeffrey Campbell Spike Lita's while all of the shop assistants gathered around and stared at my feet. They will be mine, oh yes, they will be mine. But the real question is, spikey or no spikey?

Tell me what you think I should get! Jeffrey Campbell's are a lot of money and I don't want to make the wrong decision.

OUTFIT #19: oh, you fill my lungs with sweetness

T-shirt - Topshop
Skirt - Vintage
Bag - Vintage
Sandals - Pitarello
Wrinkly hands - My mum's side
Rings - jewellery store in town, Italy, & theme park in France
Necklaces - Fat Face & DIY
Nails - No7 - Sing the blues
This is the outfit that I wore to pick up my GCSE results yesterday and I so don't want to say this but...I didn't do as well as I wanted to do. I did fine, I really did, but there were just a couple of exams that I thought I had in the bag or had been SO determined to do well in but had been dragged down by past modules. For example, in my Drama exam and coursework I got two A*s (which I was extremely pleased with!) but my grade was dragged down but a module we'd done a year or so ago which I hadn't understood the seriousness of and got a C in, which dragged down my score. Other than that I did reasonably well, not brilliantly, but quite well. Quite a lot of my coursework was remarked and my grade went down A LOT from that (especially in Art where I went from an A* to a B) which was very disappointing for me, not because I got a B, because a B is a really good grade, but I was under the impression that I had that A* already. I'm sorry for this little rant but I need to vent my feelings a little bit and I hope that everyone understands that I don't think my grades are bad I'm just a little bit underwhelmed by them, if that makes sense.

If you like my blog please give it a quick follow lovlies!

How did everyone's results day go? Were you happy with your results or disappointed or did you just not care? Haha.

OUTFIT #18: now she's only wishin' that she would have listened

T-shirt - H&M (PJ top woops!)
Bralet - Miss Selfridge
Disco Pants - AA
Pumps - Topshop
Bowler Hat - Vintage
I honestly have no idea why I bought this bralet, I bought it months ago on a whim, not even liking it that much. But I have to say, after styling it in a bajillion different ways I'm now it's #1 fan. THAT'S RIGHT. I WORSHIP CLOTHES. At first I found it really hard to style but then I stopped caring so much about colour co-ordinating and material and blah blah blah and it actually looks really good a bit messy!

I've been tagged in the Liebster award twice I think by Jane and Danielle and then by Hannah for the Versatile Blogger award, so considering they're pretty much the same thing, I've decided to put them both into the same post and call it the  Versatile Blogger award (cos that sounds much cooler) so here goes:

1. my family have a little house in France.
2. I'm 1/4 Polish.
3. I took my French AS Level a year early and got a D hahaha.
4. Someday I want to act on the west end.
5. I LOVE Taylor Swift, any person that doesn't is no person at all, in my opinion! hehe
6. I've been a vegetarian since I was 3 years old. Can't completely remember why!
7. It's GCSE Results day tomorrow and if I do well then I'm planning on buying myself a pair of Jeffrey Campbell's! And maybe even as a pity present if I do badly.
+7.000001. I have a puppy named Brodie who I just couldn't leave out of this, I love him too much!

Now, for the next part of the 'award' I have to tag 15 people to take part in it but I simply couldn't choose so I tag every single one of my followers! Leave a link to your post in the comments and I'll check them all out!

If you like my blog please give it a cheeky follow mi luvlies!
P.s. I have a present for all of you! Use the checkout code prettylittleenvies on Motel Rocks to get 20% off your order, aren't I good to you!

Oops, someone let me in Sephora

Oh no, I did it again, I splurged.
Why did no one tell me there was a Sephora in the next town in France?! There was no way that I wasn't dragging my family down there, the next day we drove down there, I ran in the shop, breathed in the scent of heaven and said 'I'm home'. Well, in my head at least.

I'm not sure what section of the shop this was but it was pretty cheap (in comparison with the rest of the products). I actually thought this would be more of a nude shade but I'm not complaining as, looking back any nuder would look like concealer lips!

'Bewitch me 24'
I can't believe I spent this much on lipstick. The most I've ever spent is £3! But I couldn't love this lipstick any more, it was definitely worth every single penny! I'm planning on wearing it with really bright, multicoloured outfits so it contrasts the outfit and gives it that cool, grungey look. It doesn't actually last for that long but I can deal.

I'm thinking of doing some guest posts on my blog once I hit 100 followers (hopefully soon! eek!) so just e-mail me at if you're interested!

If you like my blog, I would be so grateful if you could give it a quick follow!

I turned 16!/PARIS for the day/Birthday Haul

'HAPPY BIRTHi' as it read

Both are quotes written on the glass that surrounds Oscar Wilde's grave in Paris. There are also lip prints where people have kissed the glass!

We arrived at the bridge having bought a lock each thinking you have to write you name on it, make a wish and throw the keys into the Lake. Turns out you have to write yours and your lovers names on the lock. Oh well. We made a wish anyway.

Sacre Couer, which is right in front of Montmartre, my favourite place in the world.
